Evan Leitch

Evan is a shareholder at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets.  He represents institutional investors, public and private companies, individuals in connection with buying and selling businesses, capital-raising transactions, and corporate governance.  Evan is proud of Brownstein’s core value of giving back and of the opportunity to play a role in Tennyson’s very important and meaningful mission.

Evan grew up in Colorado.  He and his wife enjoy raising their three children in Denver.
