Brendan McGuire

Brendan is the Vice President of Public Affairs at Vail Resorts leading its government relations, community giving, and sustainability efforts. Brendan is the board chair of the Vail Resorts EpicPromise Employee Foundation, a 501c(3) that supports employees in times of economic hardship as well as in times of educational opportunity.

Prior to Vail Resorts, Brendan worked in the United States Senate for Colorado’s U.S. Senator Ken Salazar. His political experience includes Salazar’s 2004 US Senate campaign, Mark Udall’s 2008 US Senate campaign as well as informal, volunteer roles with John Hickenlooper’s 2010 gubernatorial campaign and Udall’s 2014 US Senate campaign.

Brendan is fortunate to have a great partner, his wife Sarah, and three wonderful kids (14, 10, and 5 years old). They live in Denver’s Cory-Merrill neighborhood and enjoy kid sports, the mountains, and ice cream.
