Outpatient Services
Outpatient services are designed for children and adults of any age with less demanding needs who are seeking weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly individual and/or family therapy to address behavioral health challenges. Our clinicians specialize in trauma, attachment, parenting, family dynamics, and intensive case management.
Our outpatient services also offer Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) for children ages 2-7. This evidence-based practice provides one-on-one attention from a therapist to navigate the unique challenges all parents face. PCIT guides parents and caregivers in addressing children’s behavioral challenges, discipline strategies, and general parenting skills. Families participate in PCIT for 1-2 hours per week over approximately 20 sessions. Therapy sessions are conducted in the home, on-site at Tennyson, or through telehealth.
