Community Based Services

Families looking to heal and thrive from the inside out can do so in the comfort of their homes. Community Based Services are available throughout the front range within homes, schools, and in your unique locale – because strong families start at home. Through prevention work with our Community Based Services, we are seeing positive outcomes for kids and families. In 2020, 97% of Community Based Services kids stayed in their homes and 47% of them saw an improvement in trauma stress symptoms. These demonstrate successes in the stabilization of families and the healing of children through prevention services!

Community Based Services (CBS) are available for families with children ages 5-18 and focus on keeping children in their homes and preventing higher levels of care. Typically, children engage in 4-12 hours of therapy per week.

CBS includes individual and family therapyparenting support, care coordination, and behavior management – including support within a child’s school setting. Culturally sensitive bilingual services are available (Spanish).

Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)

Treatment Foster Care provides 6-12 hours of evidence-based therapy and support per week to families with very high needs foster children in order to support the child in stabilizing and preparing for placement or reunification with a biological or kinship family. Our team works to provide the right treatment for the family so that everyone can succeed.
