Becca O’Brien-Kuusinen

Becca O’Brien-Kuusinen is the Director of global operations at McKinsey & Company’s Capital Excellence Practice. McKinsey is a management consulting firm that provides strategic management to corporations, governments, and other organizations. Prior to joining McKinsey, Becca worked at the Council on Foreign Relations, the Harvard Program on Humanitarian Policy and Conflict Research, and the US Department of State’s Office of Legal Adviser. After her second child was unexpectedly stillborn, Becca felt called to give her time and energy to support at-risk families and children as part of honoring her daughter’s memory. She is also proud to be a part of Tennyson’s long history of tireless efforts to enable human potential.
