Maddie
Maddie is eight years old. She and her half-sister Ariana have been living with a foster family until their parents are able to care for them again. Both of Maddie’s biological parents are healing from challenges that have kept them from being able to parent – they are healing, but their children miss them. This Christmas, Maddie and Ariana will be safe with their foster family, but it’s hard for them to be away from their biological parents and they are heartbroken.
This time of year is one of the most difficult for kids in foster and residential care. They see constant reminders of special family traditions during the season – and that they’re unable to enjoy those with their families. Your support provides peace and security to kids who long for stable homes and families.
